Use pipes to connect the spigots to the tanks.
Click the pipes to rotate them, or click and drag to move.

The liquids start at a spigot. There can be multiple different colors.

You need to connect all the tanks to the corresponding liquid.

The icons in the GUI indicate the colors of tanks you still need to connect.
